Valid prescriptions
Prescription products require a valid order from a licensed veterinarian for the pet named on the Rx.
Upload & verification
Upload your prescription at /pharmacy/upload. We may contact your clinic to verify details before shipping.
Refills & autoship
Refills follow the written authorization. Autoship for Rx items only continues while the prescription remains valid.
